Fertility Acupuncture
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine may support people who are hoping to expand their families, whether through spontaneous conception or the use of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) like IVF, IUI or ovulation induction.
How does it differ from conventional acupuncture or Chinese medicine? Fundamentally, it doesn’t in our opinion. What differs is the significant training and clinical focus on fertility itself, including keeping up to date on clinical research, understanding the landscape of fertility treatments in the local area, Melbourne, Australia and even internationally and experience in understanding how Chinese medicine and acupuncture can facilitate optimal fertility in men and women.
“Optimal fertility” is not simply an empty catchphrase. It is understanding what a healthy menstrual cycle looks like, how general health can impact fertility and how to best impact change to egg and sperm quality and the uterine environment.
