In honour of the Lunar New Year (though admittedly a little late), join me (Caz), for a morning of creatively saying goodbye to 2024 and welcoming in 2025.

The day will be creative and fluctuating between moments of quiet guidance and open sharing; with moments of stillness and deep thought. This will look like several activities with clear journal prompts focussing on what was and what will be.
